The Ministry is in the process of constructing a new building on Yei Road that can house all of the various directorates.
We hope to complete this building soon!
In the meantime the Ministry’s premises can be found in the following locations:
Office of the Minister and the Undersecretary
The office of the Minister and the Undersecretary can be found in the compound of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management. From Airport Road turn into the road leading to Parliament then take the first turning on the left. The Minister and Undersecretary can be found in the first building.
Directorates of Gender and Child Welfare
Enter the Ministries’ Compound via the entrance opposite Phenicia supermarket. The Directorates of Gender and Child Welfare can be found on the third turning on the left in the tall yellow building.

Directorate of Social Welfare
The Directorate of Social Welfare is based at the Ministry’s PRRC on Ngongi Street. It can be found shorty after JIT supermarket. Look out for the South Sudanese flag at the entrance.
Directorates of Planning and Administration and Finance
These Directorates are housed in the Ministry of Health. Enter the Ministries’ compound opposite Phenicia and drive to the top of the road, the Ministry of Health is at the top of the road. Enter the Ministry and go up the first set of stairs. The Directorates of Planning and of Administration and Finance can be found along the corridor at the top of the stairs.
